The car

A 2026 Corvette Stingray 2LT — the mid-engine C8, in a green you will not lose in a parking lot. It is the fastest, loudest, most conspicuous thing we rent, and people book it for exactly that reason.

This isn't a car you rent to get from A to B. It's the one you book because there's a reason — an anniversary, a fortieth, a wedding, a proposal, or simply because you've wanted to drive one since you were fifteen and this is the week you finally do it.

Where people take it

Woodford County and the horse farms

The roads between Versailles, Midway and Frankfort are among the best driving in Kentucky — stone walls, black fences, long sweeping bends and almost no traffic. Old Frankfort Pike and the run out toward Keeneland are what this car is for.

The Kentucky Bourbon Trail

Buffalo Trace is in Frankfort. Woodford Reserve is in Versailles. Four Roses and Wild Turkey are in Lawrenceburg. It's a driving trip through some genuinely good country, and there's no rule that says the designated driver has to be bored.

Occasions

Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and proposals are most of what this car gets booked for. It photographs extremely well, which matters more than people admit.

Getting hold of it

• Airport delivery to Blue Grass (LEX), Louisville Muhammad Ali International (SDF) and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International (CVG).
• Delivery to an address within roughly fifty miles of Frankfort as the crow flies — which in road terms reaches a long way, including well into Northern Kentucky.
• Three hours notice. Same for every airport and every address.
• Booking through Turo, which handles insurance via Travelers, payment, and a public review history on both sides.
